I recently had the pleasure of working with Adrian Melendez at Mazda of Orange I cannot say enough good things about him. He asked me thoughtful questions about how I planned to use the car, my budget, and my desired features. He also listened attentively to my concerns and made sure to address each and every one of them. What really set him apart, however, was his commitment to finding the perfect car for me. He showed me a range of different vehicles, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each one. He also allowed me to test drive several cars and made sure I felt comfortable with each one before moving on to the next. Once I found the car I wanted, he worked tirelessly to make sure I got the best possible deal. He was honest and transparent about pricing, and he made sure to walk me through each step of the financing process. He even helped me get a better interest rate than I had initially thought possible. Overall, I cannot recommend Adrian highly enough.
