Service Dept is very bad. Would not buy a car from this dealership if it was the only dealership in America. Lost my brakes on Sunday, had to replace brake pads and rotors a Would not buy a car from this dealership if it was the only dealership in America. Lost my brakes on Sunday, had to replace brake pads and rotors and Mazda of Orange was closed. Found a place that replaced my brake pads and rotors (they were metal to metal) so I could drive the car. My car only had 12,000 miles driven on it, thinking the dealership would at least refund me the labor because they were closed on Sunday and it was a necessity to have brakes. But as usual, the manager doesn’t want to deal with you and gives you a bunch of crap about why they can’t help you. I would never buy or lease a car from this dealership ever again and the people out there considering a Mazda, I would suggest that you pick another dealership than Mazda of Orange. More
