Despite buying a new CX-5 and opting for various services, my car left the dealership with deep scratches after a Cilajet ceramic coating appointment. Erik's defensive response and subpar repairs left me feeling defeated and unhappy. Financially tied to long-term warranties, I now have a heightened paranoia about potential damages during future services. Despite positive interactions with sales, I strongly advise against purchasing service items at Mazda of Orange, as it falls far short of the expected platinum VIP experience. More
