Thanks to the amazing team at Mazda of Orange for making the entire process of my first car purchase smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, Zaid went above and beyond to understand my needs and pr the entire process of my first car purchase smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, Zaid went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions (and there were many!) with great clarity and genuine care. He was incredibly responsive and always available, making sure I felt informed and satisfied throughout the journey. Beyond just giving me the rundown, Zaid also warmly indulged me with a little tour of the neighboring sights on our test drive around the dealership which I really enjoyed and appreciated! Thanks also to Tony who joined in to answer some finer point questions and to Bobby who was extremely clear and helpful in working through all the paperwork and helping sound board my final questions. I also enjoyed and benefitted immensely from the presentation of the car's features, functions, and benefits at the time of delivery. My experience with Mazda of Orange has been incredibly frustrating due to the dismissive attitude of the service manager, Erik. Despite buying a new CX-5 and opting for various services, my car left the d frustrating due to the dismissive attitude of the service manager, Erik. Despite buying a new CX-5 and opting for various services, my car left the dealership with deep scratches after a Cilajet ceramic coating appointment. Erik's defensive response and subpar repairs left me feeling defeated and unhappy. Financially tied to long-term warranties, I now have a heightened paranoia about potential damages during future services. Despite positive interactions with sales, I strongly advise against purchasing service items at Mazda of Orange, as it falls far short of the expected platinum VIP experience. More
