Bruce Rosenberg was courteous and acted professionally at all times in his dealings with my wife on the lease of the 2015 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. He was attentive to our numerous inquiries, never made us feel uncomfortable and best of all, he put things in writing so that there would not be any misunderstandings whatsoever. The deal was the deal, no if, and, or buts. You would be amazed at how many times we were offered a package on the phone only to have it changed once we got to the dealership. Not with Mazda of North Miami, they were true to their word. I would not hesitate a moment recommending Mazda of North Miami for any person considering a Mazda & I would wholeheartedly recommend that they look up Bruce. It is a decision they will not regret. Matt makes car buying so easy! I saw some cars online, I put in a request for info on a car at 10 pm & by 9 am the next morning I was talking with Matt. Matt was so prepared when I arrived. He had the perfect car for me and my family. Less than two hours later I was driving home in a new car. All thanks to Matt King! Matts best quality is he's very personal. Made me feel like family. I felt as if he treated me the same way he would have treated one of his family members. Matt is upfront, honest, well informed. I previously owned a Hyundai Genesis, which was a bit of a gas hog but was fast, The Mazda 6 does not compare with speed or luxury trim my Genesis had.Over all it's a nice car and deliverers a smooth ride. I have only had the car a few day's so time will tell. It unfortuntaly is not back with a warranty such as Hyundai offers, but Mazda has been in the US alot longer than Hyundai so i pray for the best. I highly recommend Garry as a sales person he seems to give a very fair price and absolutely no xx, he is a honest hard working sales man without any nonsense. More

Bruce turned the buying car nightmare experience into a pleasant one. Now, just yesterday, May 28th, 2014; my 3-year lease expired, and I once again was contacted by Bruce wanting me to come by and test drive the brand new re-designed Mazda 6 Grand Touring. Wow!!! It's Amazing! The exterior color with the leather interior combination he recommended is just Gorgeous. The entire car is beautiful. Bruce; worked out an incredible price. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready; my paper work was completed waiting for my signature. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It's a wonderful feeling to know that he got me the best deal without playing the "typical game". Trust in a car sales person now-a-days is a rare commodity.
