Unscrupulous Business Practices Received a Truecar/USAA quote from Rob over the phone and via e-mail but when i arrived he was not there and unable to be contacted. Several attempts Received a Truecar/USAA quote from Rob over the phone and via e-mail but when i arrived he was not there and unable to be contacted. Several attempts were made to call him but he did not answer his cellphone and the dealership would not honor the price I received. Mr. Pierre did work to get that price for me but it did not happen. Despite that Mr. Pierre went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I went to another dealer with that quote print out and was tole that is what dealers do to get people to come in. If it had not been for the inital mistruth I would have been glad to do business at this location. Not sure if this a regular occurrence but when someone tries to deceive me all bets are off and I cannot do business with them. More

Both of them are super friendly and professional, and did everything to make the process easy. I end up driving the car home 3 hours after entering the dealership, even though there was a lot to work on, test drive, credit approval, financing (thank you Ronaldo for helping me find a solution), cleaning, etc. I would definitely recommend this dealership! WORST SALESMAN IN THE WORLD! DISGUSTING. Extremely upset and disgusted by the treatment I received today Sept 12, 2017. My brother and I went in for the second time to see he vehicle he fell Extremely upset and disgusted by the treatment I received today Sept 12, 2017. Sales man by the name of VICTOR BENHAIM got aggravated after being unable to answer questions in regards to pricing and his fees. He then went ahead to yell at me using profanity, telling me to get the f*** out of the dealership, saying he had no time for my bulls***, telling me to call my daddy and to get the f*** out. I asked to speak to a manager to which Victor said speak to whoever you f**** want. Ruben Cordero called minutes later after leaving the dealership, claiming he was the GM, I come to find it he's the GSM and all he said was I'm sorry. Mazda of North Miami and Mr. GM Phil Anders I don't want you to make it right, I refuse to give your dealership a sell and a customer for life for a the treatment I received today. This post is for others to know NOT TO EVER IN THEIR RIGHT MINDS purchase from your dealership and also for you to know that I WILL ESCALATE this matter for discrimination. I feel absolutely disgusted to have been treated this way in front of my brother and others and to have been degraded in such a disgusting way. More

Victor was the sales person to help me and, I mu I apparently failed to write this in time and let it slip, so this review is now several months late. Victor was the sales person to help me and, I must say, it was first-class service for the most affordable car. I called/emailed twelve dealers looking for an inexpensive lease on a car for an elderly mom. Some did not even bother, some gave me rubbish answers, and one gave me clear and concise info up front - that was Victor. He arranged the sale while I was 12,000 miles away, and without any surprises delivered a car - as promised - to my elderly mom. In the past I had to spend 5x as much on a car to get this level of service. Sincere appreciation for the patience, for the ease of use, and the direct and clear way you delivered on promises.
