Wonderful experience, great people @ Mazda of North Miami After going to several car dealers and leaving only an hour later from each one because none seemed to want to give me a fair deal, I contacted Mazda After going to several car dealers and leaving only an hour later from each one because none seemed to want to give me a fair deal, I contacted Mazda of North Miami after receiving an email and text to go on over and see Sam Velazquez. I called before heading on over because it is quite a drive for me, but headed on over as they gave me a no nonsense deal over the phone in less than 5 minuets. Once I arrived the service and experience was above the rest. From the online sales manager, personally coming out to greet us, to our wonderful sales man, Sam Velazquez, to a nice service man who assisted me by the vending machine and gave me some change. It was an overall incredible experience so much so my parents left there that same night with another car as well and received another great deal. No need to go elsewhere, go straight to Mazda of North Miami. Believe me, you won’t regret it! THANK YOU all at Mazda of North Miami. Excell in customer service I went to this Mazda location yesterday because I was in the area and want to check them out. I was referred to Devon by a co-worker if mine who always dealt with him and all his families and friend dealt with him so I thought this guy must know what he's doing. And when I met this guy, he made me feel like I knew him for a lifetime, he didn't make me feel like I was visiting a dealership. It felt like two buddies just looking at cars and he gave me more than enough information to make a decision.
