Yeyca found it and kept in touch right up to the moment until we were able to receive it. She took the time to help us set up the cars features and was extremely patient. If your buying a car buy it from Yeyca she will make the experience VERY special and if you’ve ever bought a car from a dealership you know how annoying it can be. So the fact that I can say this is special in and of itself. Next car I buy will be from her. She even put a GIANT bow on the car. That was unexpected and GREAT. My wife loved it. Thanks again Yeyca. Devon Martin, a guy who can loose a client very fast. I was dealing with Devon Martin and the price in the offer was to high for me against the MSRP of that car. I let him know and he was offensive. I signed my paperwork in under 30 minutes I did all the back in forth of obtaining a new lease via email instead of at the actual dealership (work and travel made it impossible to be there). Once I had made my final decision I scheduled an appointment with Sam to sign and pick up my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Sam or with those at the dealership that helped me. I signed all the paperwork, new insurance transfer, etc all within 30 minutes. They handled the transfer of my old lease as well which was great. New Lease My lease was maturing and I had no idea what I wanted to lease but knew I didn’t want to lease again from the same company. I was looking to reduce my car payment and still drive a car with all the luxury safety features offered. After visiting a few dealerships and realizing that the lease programs were not in my price range ... I decided to stop into Mazda on my way home. I immediately met Salnave Pierre. I had done some research, so I was familiar with the different models at Mazda. Although, the model I was interested in was not on the lot we drove a similar model. Salnave was super nice, patient, listened to what I was looking for, and very knowledgeable. I shared that I was not ready to go home with a car that day but wold like to know the lease programs would be offered to me. He was able to find the exact model with the packages I wanted on-line. There was no xx ... he gave me a few payment plan options. I have to say, I was very surprised and happy. After negotiationing at the previous dealerships (not Mazda) and the constant back and forth with managers ... I walked out of all of them. I went home and told him I will call him in day or 2. Within 2 days, Salnave was able to find the car and color I wanted and have it shipped to the dealship. All the paperwork was ready when I got there. The whole process was so easy and painless. Each time I called Salnave to ask questions, he always answered and was so patient with me. I was able to reduce my car payment significantly and drive a great car without having to compromise features because the price would be to high. I love my car. Than you Salnave and Mazda for a great experience. More
