I was upset when I was told I would have to wait over 2. 5 hrs to get my car serviced even with an appointment. At first the rep that assisted me said there was no other option and there is always a wait eve 5 hrs to get my car serviced even with an appointment. When I asked about canceling my service membership because I cannot wait 2.5 hrs every time for an oil change and I don’t live close by to leave and come back then he offered me a loaner vehicle. I am glad he was able to provide a solution and that there was a vehicle that he was saving for someone else available for me to use. He also advised me to call him the day before so he saves a car for me next time. All the guys in the red shirts were very nice and had a great disposition. More
