I have purchased two vehicles prior with Mazda of North Miami and have always had a beyond amazing experience with our sales representative. This time unfortunately, my experience was awful to no fault of Miami and have always had a beyond amazing experience with our sales representative. This time unfortunately, my experience was awful to no fault of our representative. After a few days of communication via email, I was quoted a price at 7:30pm. My family and I arrived at the dealership the following morning at 10am. We test drove the vehicle and everything was great. Our sales representative returned advising the same manager had now reversed his offer and was quoting us more than $4,000 over what he had just offered the night prior. The vehicle was still listed on their site for the lower price as well. However, due to lack of inventory on the lot, I feel the manager was opportunistic and pounced on the opportunity to over charge for the vehicle. After sending several referrals over the years and being a loyal customer, Mazda of North Miami has lost one. Don't bother pre-negotiating because its an obvious waste of time. More
