I have never had a positive experience with the dealership. My last experience was, I came in for an oil change and it took roughly 4 hours. When I first bought the car, the entire electrical syste dealership. My last experience was, I came in for an oil change and it took roughly 4 hours. When I first bought the car, the entire electrical system went to crap Had to be re-ordered from China, which took roughly 12 weeks which and during this time there was zero communication zero updates if I didn’t seek out the information and it wasn’t given. Also, when I bought the car, the gentleman I bought the car from never put in the information correctly so it was a back-and-forth for weeks to get the correct information to finalize the purchase. Everybody makes mistakes but this place makes mistakes every day which is a problem. This car had nothing but problems from the beginning. It is essentially a lemon by the standards of the state of New York. However, when it was brought up to the dealership of all these problems, they never rectify them. This is not a place I would go to buy a car. More
I dropped my car off to get a diagnostic done. First of all it too 48 hours for them to hook my car up to a computer, my advisor did not call me I had to call to find out what they found when they First of all it too 48 hours for them to hook my car up to a computer, my advisor did not call me I had to call to find out what they found when they did the diagnostic. Eventually, I found out what was wrong and decided to fix my car at the dealership. My car was sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks no work was done. I called and spoke with my advisor and he informed me that the work was much more extensive that they originally thought. The blatant disregard of my time. I paid for the parts and they are currently sitting in my trunk. Phillip was very great, he worked to help me. I also bought my car 4 years ago been complaining about the rubber of my car on the drivers side and still nothing, they keep telling me it’s on back order More
