Fantastic Service Dept Fast, prompt, courteous, Friendly. Professional Had an issue that came up at 11am. Called, they said come in at 1:30. Most reprehensible experience of my life This is an awful place to have your car serviced. There is no working phone to return the service desks call. Like literally no working phone to communicate with about service in progress. Men (yes, all men) working there say there is no way to escalate a concern, simply saying there is a “group” of owners but no actual person. A service manager told me he had worked there for 3 years and that he knew if no customer who had been able to escalate a complaint. I was given the GM number but it is the same non-working number. So many other places to go in Westchester County. Turn your car off the road and drive away from here as fast as you can. More

I went to have my check engine light removed. I went to the service department thinking the took my check engine light off. They assured me that my battery terminals was the cause they tighten and I went to the service department thinking the took my check engine light off. They assured me that my battery terminals was the cause they tighten and I thought that was it . The next day check engine on a again uggh spent 125.00 for a misdiagnosed of my car. I will have to take it back sat hope they could get it right very frustrated. More
