I went to have my check engine light removed. I went to the service department thinking the took my check engine light off. They assured me that my battery terminals was the cause they tighten and I went to the service department thinking the took my check engine light off. They assured me that my battery terminals was the cause they tighten and I thought that was it . The next day check engine on a again uggh spent 125.00 for a misdiagnosed of my car. I will have to take it back sat hope they could get it right very frustrated. More

They made sure I was on the road by that Monday as I was in a bad accident, my old car was totaled and needed a car ASAP. I forget the gentleman's name, but he was under the gun with time constraints, but he made it happen. When it's time for my car to be serviced, I bring it right to Mazda. Ivan is absolutely phenomenal. His customer service skills never lack and he is a pleasure to do business with. There is never that rushed feeling to get you in or push you out ~ meaning, when they are speaking to their client, its about there client and not 100 things going on at once, like some other places. I usually bring my car in first thing in the morning and, as a courtesy, they'll even arrange to drop me off at work (I'm not far from the dealership). Should you opt to wait for your car, the lounge is comfortable, with a flat screen TV, two Macs and coffee & tea. Bring your loyalty coupons as well, because of course, every little bit helps. I do however and I remained a skeptic about bringing my car to the dealer service center after (not mentioning what i did but yes, broke something). That was until I brought my new Mazda 6 into Mazda of New Rochelle's service center. The staff embody the small town, know you, care about you autobody shop you would find back home. They are more than willing to help you in any situation your in. I won't share my situation, but I am sure at another dealership I wouldn't be getting christmas gifts this year as a result. Mazda of New Ro did the opposite of what you would imagine a service at a dealship to do and found me the best solution to my problem. Not to mention I cancelled my service appointment a number of times and they were just as sweet, no problemo. Not only should you get a mazda 6, because it drives great, but you should get it at Mazda of New Rochelle if you want to be cared for while your leasing / owning the vehicle. More

This is my first time using this service center with Ivan, the customer service manager at Mazda of New Rochelle, was the consummate professional. This is my first time using this service center with my 2013 CPO Mazda MX5. From the moment I entered, Ivan was personable, affable and thoroughly professional. While I was just coming in for a lube, oil and filter, Ivan thoroughly explained the safety check that would be included. I waited less than an hour and he was available to answer all of my questions about the care and maintenance of my new/used car that I purchased out-of-state in May. I am big on Internet reviews and was searching for a Mazda Service Center in Westchester that would take good care of my car. Based on my first encounter with Ivan and Mazda of New Rochelle, I will be returning here in the future even though it is 20 miles from my home and there are other dealerships that are closer. Ivan represents this dealership well and I was more than satisfied after my first visit. Well done Mazda of New Rochelle. More

Appalling Customer Service -- Consumers be warned!! My husband and I purchased a new 2013 CX9 from this dealership at the end of the summer 2013. We were generally pleased with our sales experience and My husband and I purchased a new 2013 CX9 from this dealership at the end of the summer 2013. We were generally pleased with our sales experience and decided to use the free service voucher we received from the dealership when we bought the vehicle for our first oil change on April 26, 2014. The next day we noticed that the service technician must have had grease or motor oil on his hands when he was entering/exiting the car because there were several large hand prints and smears on the interior roof of our new car above the driver's seat. We immediately called the service center and my husband brought the car back. They assured us they would be able to remove the stains with a special cleaning solution they had in stock. The GM Phil personally apologized to my husband for this having happened. We were horrified the next morning to see that not only had the cleaning solution bleached our headliner, but there is substantial "pilling" of the fabric from having been rubbed so hard. I have called the dealership more than 15 times trying to get someone on the phone to speak with me about our problem (I actually kept track!). I have personally requested to speak with Phil and left multiple messages for him. The receptionist is very polite and each time promises me someone will return my call. The ONE time Phil did return my call, I had specifically left a message saying I would not be at my desk until 11:30 am and he called at 11:09 am. I immediately called back, only to be ignored again. I also spoke with a representative named Steven who assured me someone would call me back and he even launched into a long story about how he aspires to be a customer service manager -- again, no one ever got in touch. Consumers be warned -- this dealership has appalling customer service!! My husband and I are now pursuing other actions to remedy this situation. Our new car is permanently damaged at the hands of this dealership and they have a responsibility to correct this. I would not recommend giving my business to a facility who values their customers so little. To not even have the decency to return a phone call to a customer for an error your dealership made is mind-boggling!! When we were shopping for a car, the dealership called twice a week to see if we had any questions they could answer. Interesting to note that they don't seem to care so much once you've actually purchased the vehicle and they have damaged it. More
