Luis was very helpful in applying the best service coupon for maximum savings. I gave only 4 stars because a few months ago, I was unable to get an i-eloop battery replaced by them. After 2 months of calling, I went to a different dealer who got it for me in 5 days. Getting parts has been a problem in the past as well, otherwise, an excellent dealer and service department. More

Dealership could offer more comprehensive specials, especially on oil change prices, however all in all the experience was positive. Would recommend . Low mileage on car so no major repairs discussed; will see in future. More

wait time for older cars(2+ weeks) Dealership needs to have more experienced technicians to service older model cars. Left car 3 days and my car was not looked at just for a prognosis. Dealership needs to have more experienced technicians to service older model cars. Left car 3 days and my car was not looked at just for a prognosis. Spent $3000 for a specific repair but left Mazda with a different problem even b4 leaving the shop as a result of trying to fix the original problem. The general consensus among the technicians and management is ‘remember it’s an older car’. Totally unacceptable. More
