One word to describe my experience at Mazda of New Rochelle: PHENOMENAL! I went into the dealership pretty much defeated as this was my first time purchasing a car and my credit left a lot to be desired to say the least. All my apprehension was put at ease as soon as I met Henry who made me feel like family. He was so personable and optimistic, even though I was doubtful having been to other dealerships where it did not work out for me. Sandy in finance was so kind and helpful and was able to secure me reasonable financing. I was able to get my car and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I will forever be grateful that my first car buying experience went so well thanks to the staff at Mazda of New Rochelle. More

Came here as a last minute decision without having any intention of getting car the same day. We meet Greg as soon as we walked in who was calm and put no pressure on us throughout our entire time there. intention of getting car the same day. After the test drive he ran the numbers and was able to get us a great deal and was able to even upgrade the trim for us. He made the process seamless and had the car we picked ready for us the next day, even had a bow on the car which my wife loved and never experienced. It was our most positive experience at a dealership and we thank him for making our experience as stress free as possible. More
