I went there to buy a new car. The salesperson was very new; they brought me out for a test drive, located a car in the color I wanted, appraised my trade-in, and had be sign the a The salesperson was very new; they brought me out for a test drive, located a car in the color I wanted, appraised my trade-in, and had be sign the agreement and fill out a credit application. Everything was going smoothly until the GM introduced themselves; at that point they informed me they made a mistake and the trade-in valve was cut by 2/3rds, $3K below even KB fair trade-in value. I counter offered and they suggest I sell the car myself. I laughed at that suggestion and informed them that I'd was done and would take my business elsewhere. They made some comment; i didn't catch the exact words but it was something like ok see you later. That was a wasted 2-1/2 hours of my day! Don't recommend this dealership, not because they made a mistake, but the insult was their offer, it should have been at least KB after wasting 2-1/2 hours of my day! Regards, JFD More
