Went out of their way I was looking for a wagon in December of 2018 to move my young-adult children in and out of their college dorms. I liked the features of the Volvo V70 cross country AWD, but needed a car before the 2019 model was available. I realized I liked the outgoing 2018 model, and called around to see if there were any left. Connecticut's Own in Milford had one on their lot, but it lacked the technology package (high-speed auto-braking, adaptive cruise control, etc.) I wanted. Salesman Mark Wade and General Manager John Hamilton searched the US and found exactly one remaining V70 AWD--in Pennsylvania--that included the tech package, and arranged to have the car driven a few days later to Connecticut. More

Very good recall experience I was able to get in very quickly, they explained everything thoroughly, checked the car for other problems and, even though I did not use it this tim I was able to get in very quickly, they explained everything thoroughly, checked the car for other problems and, even though I did not use it this time, have a convenient shuttle service. Discrepancy w/ Castrol Coupons/My overall thoughts My one disappointment this time around when I went to go for my oil change, is that I had spoken to one of the Service men there regarding a Castrol C My one disappointment this time around when I went to go for my oil change, is that I had spoken to one of the Service men there regarding a Castrol Coupon that Mazda gives their Customers to get $20 off of a Synthetic oil change. Basically what happens is, you fill out the form and then Mazda I mails it out for you and then usually about 2 months later you get a $20 check written out to Mazda mailed to your home to bring with you to your following oil change Appointment. Now this time around, I had never received my Check in the mail, and I had waited and waited and I had spoken to one of the Service men and I was told verbatim after I had explained that it wasn't fair that every other customer may have received their Check without any problem and they're getting $20 off their oil change and I'm pretty much just screwed and have to pay the extra $20 because I simply just didn't get mine and I said that's not fair and he agreed with me and said that he would put a note in my account to take $20 off of my next oil change. Well I went for my Appointment and basically which I somewhat expected to happen, was told that he never said that and they can't adjust oil change prices which I find a bit odd, so instead they offered to give me a free tire rotation which they said costs $18.99 so it's basically $1 less and I just agreed to it and the fact that they were able to give me that at no charge, I don't understand why they couldn't take $20 off of an oil change, it just made no sense to me so that was a little bit aggravating. I hate for somebody to say to me I never said that to the person. I knew his name, I knew the whole conversation, I even had witnesses but I wasn't going to sit there and argue because I knew I was hitting a brick wall. Let's put it this way, I only came to Mazda of Milford because my Grandparents bought their Mazda 3 there and I wanted to finally buy my first car that was a bit nicer and a higher year with my own money in cash, so I went there and I bought one. The person who sold me the vehicle is no longer working there. I'm not sure if there's any relation but I was very disappointed. They let me drive off the lot without the car being Certified, there was other important things of paperwork that were completely messed up and I ended up getting a free detail and car wash for my aggravation. they also faxed a burn mark in the car that the salesman told me could not be fixed and they had a guy come out and he fixed it within literally less than 5 minutes. so all-in-all if you put together my oil change appointment and my very first experience of buying a car with Mazda of Milford at least I can say that if there is some sort of mess up they do try to make up for it by giving you something back in return and at least they do that much because if they didn't believe me I probably would be going elsewhere. More
