Amanda is a game changer! I've been coming to Mazda of Milford for many years now for service on my Mazdas. The Service waiting area has always left a lot to be desired, but th I've been coming to Mazda of Milford for many years now for service on my Mazdas. The Service waiting area has always left a lot to be desired, but the staff was also always a little on the "do the bare minimum" with regard to customer service. The new upgrades to the Service Department and waiting area are promising, but this trip was completely different for me because of Amanda. She was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and went out of her way to make not just me, but everyone I observed her talking to feel comfortable. Please do what you can to keep her! This is the kind of customer service in the Service Department you've needed for a long time. More
Wanted to replace my brakes that were 6 months old They told me that I needed front and back brakes as well as rotors. I had replaced the rear brakes 6 months ago and the front over 1 year ago. So I went back to Monroe. They said that the rear brakes measured 7 and 8. Mazda said that they measured 2. The front brakes measured 5 according to Monroe. Mazda measured them at a 3. The tire tread measurements were also incorrect. More
