Sales is great. Service poor. After first service one valve stem cap was loose and one missing. The service desk didn’t do anything to recover the complaint. I drive Service poor. I drive an hour and pass two other dealerships to get there because the excellent experience I had with sales. Not so with service. Not even offer to send me out a replacement. More

Then had the work done and all was great until my next oil change. My work is under the technical bulletin 01-006/23. Mazda Customer affairs told me that they get complaints about this type of a leak all the time. Now, I went to the dealer for the second time for the same active leak that I saw in my driveway....they "fixed " it and then threw a code for the solenoid under that TSb of 01-004/23. fixed it cool.This is not the issue. The timing cover is. I saw the gasket when the NEXT time I saw oil on my drive way and for my oil change for a THIRD time. Each time they changed the oil sticker and mind you the tech prints it out- when I took it for the warranty for the timing cover gasket. For the third and final time. I had my oil done and they didn't change the sticker this time for the oil change I PAID for and the "warranty" work done. Something is off and now I am not sure if it was even done. Perhaps they did but how do I know as my faith is broken with the last issue of having the SAME ISSUE done yet again. I do not recommend. I tried to have a positive attitude and give them the chance to make it right but my money will be spent elsewhere and with a different brand as Mazda didnt seem to want to help me. I am very sad that things went this way with the dealer, the car and with Mazda. I had more faith in people and the brand and expected better than this. Lesson learned. Ps: this only reflects service not Sales. They especially Ron- are great. More

Took my 2021 Mazda 3 turbo for its first scheduled service to Kent Mazda. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. The waiting area was very nice and had complimentary snacks and beverages. In and out i service to Kent Mazda. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. The waiting area was very nice and had complimentary snacks and beverages. In and out in under 50 min for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Very pleased and will return. More
I usually deal with the ford and chrysler dealerships next door I actually bought my mazda used from them I thought I may as well cut out the middle man and get it serviced where they know the make.
