I was given a quote from the managing partner Jeremy Edinburg for a lease from Mazda of Kent Ohio. When we couldn’t agree to numbers he offered me relative pricing. They posted multiple messages on Facebook about all their “relatives” to come see them. I did the credit app was approved went to get car and they told me they could no longer honor the price they quoted for me because they got in trouble for offering it. The Ron the Finance guy and Sales representative Chris text me since 8am then at 2 that day I said I would come out down a deposit bc I wanted a white one they didn’t have. Once I got there decided on the red one for the same price that was there. Then Jeremy comes and says oh we can’t do that pricing anymore bc we got in trouble. Everyone knew this the day before. They were going to take my deposit and have me sign papers then once car came change my payment. It’s only bc I asked for the red one did I discover this. Why should I as a customer lose the car deal because they were doing something illegal. My paperwork doesn’t say anything about employee pricing? I am a mother of four and don’t have time for lies and false advertising. It is illegal to give me numbers and then not honor them! More

I researched buying an SUV vehicle from almost every source available - other dealerships of seven different manufactures. I spent countless hours with the Internet sites. I double triple checked the vehicles of interest on Consumer Reports. I kept reverting back to Mazda - highly rated - moderately priced across the model choices. I realized the CX5 fit my needs. Tyler Kelly sent out an email about 45 days prior to offer his assistance. Last week I finally stopped in to check out the different CX5s Mazda of Kent inventory. Marc honestly guided me to Tyler realizing he had prior contact for the lead. What a gentleman. He could’ve tried to jump to claim the potential sale but didn’t - selfless. There were many CX5s to choose from and I test drove four until I settled on one to negotiate a purchase. That’s when I realized I was dealing with a top notch organization. Never pressured by Tyler - i was exposed to Ron Delphia the finance business money guy who worked and reworked the numbers and banking finance sources. Professional and again - not a hint of pressure - he worked on my behalf to comfortably guide me to a common sense affordable decision. All the while Sales Manager Steve Colon was overseeing the progress with calm reassurance. I’ve been in sales all my life. I can sniff out manipulative pretentious sales actions in milliseconds. But that didn’t happen. It was refreshing to see a great team all working together to help me AND guide me. These guys are genuine. Professional. Helpful. Personable. Top notch. And most important? Reliable and trustworthy. My compliments. More

Well, all in all, they all came through for me and went above and beyond to accommodate me. That, I am so thankful and appreciative. That makes all the employees that I dealt with, very special. It seemed that every time I needed a salesperson, I would deal with a different person. Not the salesman who started helping me. I really did not care for that, but they all were good people. The second thing that bothered me a tad, was no one sat down and made sure I knew how to operate everything in that car. I am still, days later, lost in how to work some of the gadgets. Third, the inside of the vehicle had been cleaned before delivery. However, they could have spent a little more time on the inside. I have "spots" all over the drivers door, that i am hoping will come out with a good cleaning. The other thing is, the interior windshield was not very clean. I know how this sounds like small stuff, but I have my reasons for bringing it up. Like I tried to say before, they are good hearted people, there was no haggling, they just about met all my wishes, and they made most of the process stress free. Yes, I would recommend this dealership. Yes, I would buy a car from them again in the future. I just really wish that someone would have sat down and spent some time, making sure I understood how to operate all the systems. I am still lost. They are trying very hard to be a great dealership. I thank them again for my accommodations. Ya just need to work on the confusion that seems to be going on behind the curtain. All my best. More
