Shady! Beware! Horrible service. Unreliable vehicles. Shady sales people. $2000 warranty that doesn't cover a freaking thing! 2 weeks in their shop because they coul Horrible service. Without communication to me, btw. I had to check on it to be told anything. Multiple trips to Kent, which is an hour away from me. Was told they'd make it right, but all they did was give me a xxxx loaner car and a free fluid flush. Which they should have done ANYWAY since it was an overheating issue!!! I've only owned the car 8 months. Been in need of service twice already. The first time was 24 HOURS after I bought it for leaking COOLANT. Shocker that it breaks AGAIN. Untrustworthy company who will not go out of their way for anything. Thanks for charging me so much I can't even make the next payment, buy groceries for my family, or make my mortgage on time! More

When I got to the dealership, John was super laid back and immediately made me feel at ease. He carefully and patiently listened to my needs. There was no high pressure techniques. He just gave me useful info and even rode with me on the test drive. The SUV was in excellent shape and reasonably priced. After the drive, John was very friendly and frank in the negotiation aspect. He was able to get the monthly payments to what I told him I could afford, and I ended up getting an awesome SUV. Even after I signed on the dotted line, he still had the car fully detailed while we I was working out the financing, which was a nice (and unexpected) touch. I feel he went above and beyond by doing this. I drove the SUV home, and the next day he called to make sure everything was going ok. So even after having sold me the car, he still took everything seriously - again going above and beyond. Overall it was a very positive experience and I feel the dealership and John in particular care deeply about the customer experience and they treat their customers with respect and honesty. I would definitely buy my next car from Montrose Mazda of Kent. More
