First needed more gas friendy AWD car,wanted CX 5 grand(leather int)black on black or cx 7.while looking at car salesman was rude,did not listen to my wants,not letting me look at cars BY MYSELF,show grand(leather int)black on black or cx 7.while looking at car salesman was rude,did not listen to my wants,not letting me look at cars BY MYSELF,showed me a cx 5 grand then said you cannot get a grand touring except this specific silver(grand) one on lot or anything black on black except this touring on our lot(even thou cleveland lot had many),Then said i cannot get the grand,he also said credit approve is only for the kent lot not the cleveland lot.When asked my credit limit he just started belittling my credit score.Also inquired about auto start was told I can buy it at lot or if I find one elsewhere,we will install BUT only OEM mazdas INSTALLED here will be on warranty and Aftermarket or installed elsewhere will not be added and it will not effect car warranty.During purchase was talked about lowering warranty (100000 6yr to 60000 6yr)for benifits pack and that i can switch back later(stupid to even get it in the first place let alone change it),wanted to switch back was told cannot.Got car home and started noticing damage to interior,took to service and they fixed 2 of 4 spots and said "sorry cannot fix other things"with a fake concern and smile.Asked well since its damaged can we exchange,was told no you signed already,asked about auto start was told $617 parts +$120 install + tax I asked for a price reduction on car or discount for unrepaired damage?Again no.Found one online for $493 parts,Same part # and called service for appt was told no you have to buy thru us at $737 and we will not match $ and if installed elsewhere warranty will be void.You would fig with the unrepaired damage they might bend a little.MGR kevin gave card said call if any problems call him,tried several times but he is never there. More

Upon my visit, I was greeted by a cheerful, friendly salesman willing to listen to me as the buyer. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay to get it. I had a very pleasant experience at Montrose Mazda of Kent. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product, and did an excellent job of keeping me apprised of new deliveries. I recently bought a Mazda Speed 3 from Montrose Mazda at Kent, and I must say that it was definitely a better experience than a lot of dealerships I've been to. I had a pretty tight budget, and I had a VERY Kent, and I must say that it was definitely a better experience than a lot of dealerships I've been to. I had a pretty tight budget, and I had a VERY difficult trade-in. So I was definitely asking for quite a bit from these guys. However, all that aside they helped me get my Speed3 for an acceptable price. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, and I am actually recommending my brother buy the Speed3 he wants from these guys, as well. Great job, guys! More

My girlfriend and i needed to get into a bigger vehicle and had been getting tired of searching for a quality used vehicle. i posted an ad on craigslist of all places and Mazda rep Joey answered and asked and had been getting tired of searching for a quality used vehicle. i posted an ad on craigslist of all places and Mazda rep Joey answered and asked if i was still looking. i said yea and agreed to come in to see what they can do. i was upfront with what we could spend only to hear that whey would def work with us. Joey went above and not only looked up vehicles for us, but when i didnt like one he wouldnt push it. eventually we located one at anohter store and the next day he had it brought in. we came up, i test drove it and took it to my house so my girlfirned (who had our baby there) could take a turn and drive it. we loved it, they took our trade and gave a very fair amount and helped make us a deal that fit for us all. when it got down to the paper work and numbers Tim stepped in and helped since joey was busy and answered any questions we had. the sales manager even stopped over and talked with us and gave us and the kids some basketball tickets and and pizza coupons. its truly the small things that count. i come from a previous car dealership sales background and THAT is how you treat customers. we will return when its time for another and DEFINATELY send our pals. More
