Aaron does an excellent job bonding with prospective customers and follows up in a timely fashion. He was responsive to the litany of questions I had for him, and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Got a much more subdued version of the 'corporate treatment' vs. we did with other dealerships. They allowed us to have the vehicle for 24 hours to have our mechanic inspect the vehicle, and did a good job explaining what's covered as part of the Mazda CPO coverage. The main downside throughout the entire process was the dealership being located in Kent (whereas we came from CLE). More

When I ended up walking in they kept their word on the price and even went lower just to make a deal. Overall I’m very happy that they didn’t waste my time and cause me to call off of work for no reason. I highly recommend them and I appreciate their flexibility to make a deal happen. More
