Went Above & Beyond to Make Things Right! My son worked hard and completed the Portage County Job Services' Manufacturing program. As part of the program, the attendees saved toward a car, and My son worked hard and completed the Portage County Job Services' Manufacturing program. As part of the program, the attendees saved toward a car, and the program provided a voucher for the remainder. On this limited budget, there were not a great number of cars that would work. In addition, my son is a "gear head" so insisted on a manual transmission. Marc and Shane worked with him to find a car that would work and would fit his budget. He drove his car away on a Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday, the car broke down on the way to work. This was a terrible upset of course. We had the car towed back to Montrose and after a few days Marc, Shane & Jim in Service had the car up and running again. For a guy who has pulled himself up by the bootstraps, having a dealership who understood and worked with him really helped restore his faith in humanity. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciate Montrose Mazda! More

Where are my keys? My initial discussion and visit with the dealership was pleasant. Unfortunately, it was after I made my purchase that the service here fell off flat. My initial discussion and visit with the dealership was pleasant. Unfortunately, it was after I made my purchase that the service here fell off flat. I purchased a used 2018 Kia Sedona and even selected the dealership's financing offering over my pre-approved offering from my bank. The hope was to begin a good relationship with this dealer for future purchases. When I came to pick-up my vehicle (Memorial Day weekend) there was less than half a tank of gas and only a single key. I was laughed at when I asked if they would be fueling the vehicle for me prior to leaving. I have never left a dealership with a vehicle that did not have a full tank of gas. Also, they failed to tell me that there was only ONE key for this vehicle. Again, I have purchased over a dozen vehicles many of them used and I have never had only a single key given to me! "Joby" my sales guy stepped up to "make it right" and said he would order a key and I agreed to pay the cost of the key just to have a second one. Sadly, my purchase occured in May and here we are in September and I still have a single key and "Joby" has stopped answering my e-mail inquiries. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
