If you're expecting to be helped, don't be surprised if you don't get the help you need. From here or elsewhere. I had work done and it was under warranty. Then had the work done and all was great until my next oil change. My work is under the technical bulletin 01-006/23. Mazda Customer affairs told me that they get complaints about this type of a leak all the time. Now, I went to the dealer for the second time for the same active leak that I saw in my driveway....they "fixed " it and then threw a code for the solenoid under that TSb of 01-004/23. fixed it cool.This is not the issue. The timing cover is. I saw the gasket when the NEXT time I saw oil on my drive way and for my oil change for a THIRD time. Each time they changed the oil sticker and mind you the tech prints it out- when I took it for the warranty for the timing cover gasket. For the third and final time. I had my oil done and they didn't change the sticker this time for the oil change I PAID for and the "warranty" work done. Something is off and now I am not sure if it was even done. Perhaps they did but how do I know as my faith is broken with the last issue of having the SAME ISSUE done yet again. I do not recommend. I tried to have a positive attitude and give them the chance to make it right but my money will be spent elsewhere and with a different brand as Mazda didnt seem to want to help me. I am very sad that things went this way with the dealer, the car and with Mazda. I had more faith in people and the brand and expected better than this. Lesson learned. Ps: this only reflects service not Sales. They especially Ron- are great. More

I was given a quote from the managing partner Jeremy Edinburg for a lease from Mazda of Kent Ohio. When we couldn’t agree to numbers he offered me relative pricing. They posted multiple messages on Face Edinburg for a lease from Mazda of Kent Ohio. When we couldn’t agree to numbers he offered me relative pricing. They posted multiple messages on Facebook about all their “relatives” to come see them. I did the credit app was approved went to get car and they told me they could no longer honor the price they quoted for me because they got in trouble for offering it. The Ron the Finance guy and Sales representative Chris text me since 8am then at 2 that day I said I would come out down a deposit bc I wanted a white one they didn’t have. Once I got there decided on the red one for the same price that was there. Then Jeremy comes and says oh we can’t do that pricing anymore bc we got in trouble. Everyone knew this the day before. They were going to take my deposit and have me sign papers then once car came change my payment. It’s only bc I asked for the red one did I discover this. Why should I as a customer lose the car deal because they were doing something illegal. My paperwork doesn’t say anything about employee pricing? I am a mother of four and don’t have time for lies and false advertising. It is illegal to give me numbers and then not honor them! More
