These Folks Make a Difference When It Counts! I live about 4 hours away from this dealership. I'd been looking for a particular used truck for awhile when I came across one online that they had on I live about 4 hours away from this dealership. I'd been looking for a particular used truck for awhile when I came across one online that they had on their lot. I communicated back-and-forth with Shane Doak on the details and pricing of the truck. A tentative deal was struck and a few days later I made the drive to Kent to check out the vehicle. Upon my arrival I met with Shane and he informed me that just that morning they had discovered a maintenance issue with the truck and couldn't offer it for sale until they could diagnose and repair it. He seemed very sincere and apologetic. I returned home and continued shopping for a truck, even looking at a couple prospects. I found trucks that were acceptable but nothing quite what I wanted for the price and never feeling quite comfortable with the sales people I was working with at the other dealerships. Meanwhile, Shane continued to keep me updated on the progress of the repair at the Kent dealership. About a week later, Shane advised me that the repair had been made and the truck seemed to exhibit no signs of the maintenance concern. I made arrangements with him to make the drive back to Kent to check out the truck again. Having done my shopping and comparisons, I was certain that I wasn't going to buy from the other dealerships I had looked at. I filled out a credit application online and provided some additional information to Shane and upon my arrival, everything was in order for me to drive away with the truck if it met my approval. I arrived at the dealership late in the day and met with Brandon Doak. I found Brandon to be knowledgeable and friendly, eager to assist in any way he could. We went for a test drive and he answered many of the technology questions I had regarding the digital platform this truck is equipped with. The truck seemed to be what I was looking for so, with just a few signatures later, I drove the truck away to a local hotel for the night. Next morning, after fueling up and getting my coffee, I noticed a puddle of oil under the truck, same issue as before. I contacted Shane and he unhesitatingly told me to bring it in and drive straight into the garage where Jim Arnold, the Service Manager would be waiting to personally tend to the truck. I arrived and Jim took over. I found him to be the perfect balance of personable and professional. If I lived in the local area, I'd trust him with anything I drive. While I waited, the truck was inspected and the suspected problem area was disassembled. Jim personally kept me updated on the progress and later diagnosed the problem for me. Seems a gasket was the issue but could not be obtained until the next day. Jim even provided me with a vehicle to use overnight. By noon the next day, the gasket had been replaced and the truck was ready to go! Though this seems lengthy, the intent is to explain that even though used vehicles are well cared for and checked out thoroughly, they (and even NEW vehicles) can still have little quirks. It's easy to blame the dealer, most folks seem to do just that. Why get stressed over something you have little control over?! My experience with this dealership is that you're in good hands. Let folks like Shane and Brandon Doak, Service Manager Jim Arnold, and General Manager Jeremy Eisenberg do their jobs for you. Calmly explain what you're dealing with, sit down in their comfortable waiting area, have a coffee and a snack, and meet the other nice folks who trust the dealership with their cars, and just let them do what they do best, service your vehicle! More

What a bunch of scoundrels, they sold my daughter a $16,000.00 pre owned vehicle one year ago, and has never run right since she drove it off the lot.
