What ever you do, don't deal with Kent Mazda. I bought and waited 5 weeks to get a new Mazda They said it was in and be here in 2 hours. When we showed up they said they sold it to someone else. I don't and waited 5 weeks to get a new Mazda They said it was in and be here in 2 hours. When we showed up they said they sold it to someone else. Took my 2021 Mazda 3 turbo for its first scheduled service to Kent Mazda. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. The waiting area was very nice and had complimentary snacks and beverages. Treated unfairly when purchasing a used vehicle. Sold vehicle to someone else after agreeing to sell to me the vehicle earlier in the day. I was told we had a deal and they had by bank information. They did call late in the day and said they accidentally sold vehicle to someone else by mistake that afternoon, but it did not do me any good . Not sure if they wanted to make more money off someone else and make more money on the deal since I was not financing it with them, but handled the deal very unprofessionally.I normally do not write reviews until today,but am so disappointed, I thought I needed to. If you want to buy online with this dealership, BE WARE. I will mention salesperson said he felt bad that it happened, however they need a better system if they are going to sell cars online. More
