Best decision ever! After my last car died on me, I was in need of a much more reliable vehicle for work and to prepare for after the baby is born. My fiancé's family had After my last car died on me, I was in need of a much more reliable vehicle for work and to prepare for after the baby is born. My fiancé's family had purchased a great vehicle from Mazda and said a lot of great things about the dealership, so I didn't hesitate to jump in the truck with them when they offered to take me and my fiancé to look at cars. Upon our arival, Mr. Lawrence opted in to helping us look despite the dealership closing up, and was quick to ask what we were looking for car wise and price wise. After telling him, he led us to some options and helped us with all of our questions regarding each vehicle. Upon finding what we wanted, Mr. Lawrence took it upon his self to jump start the application process by allowing us to fill it out before our departure. Upon leaving, we expected to have a call within two days, but with his customer service, we were called in less than 24 hours with the great news that we had been approved. Going on to the following day when we could pick up the car from the lot, we were greeted with the best customer service that made me feel much less nervous despite this being my first car purchase. The dealership worked with us on a down payment and got us a great finance rate and monthly payment rate! When checking out and getting the last of our psperwork, the kind lady who took care of us was a good conversationalist, which made the experience even better. Without a doubt, I would do business here again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mazda of Ridgeland to anyone! More

The way car buying should be!! I was led to mazda of ridgeland by my brother who purchased a 2015 platinum f-150 just three days before and he was so pleased with brittany he called I was led to mazda of ridgeland by my brother who purchased a 2015 platinum f-150 just three days before and he was so pleased with brittany he called me to say that I needed to stop by and talk with her, I stopped by and had a brief conversation in person and by the time I got off work she had the exact truck I was looking for and also treated me very fairly on my trade in!! The whole staff are great people, even if what your looking for isn't on the lot they go above and beyond to find the vehicle of your choosing... Stopping by can never hurt and you might be surprised at how you will be treated as well!! More

A bad start came to a great ending!! I purchased my 2015 Mazda6 Touringw/tech from them just about 6minths ago. I'm already looking at trading in for a 2016 Mazda6 GTw/Tech. I began my or I purchased my 2015 Mazda6 Touringw/tech from them just about 6minths ago. I'm already looking at trading in for a 2016 Mazda6 GTw/Tech. I began my original purchase by putting in a info request online. Danielle Powers called me and consulted about the vehicle with me. I explained I had seen the price online and was very interested. I knew I had some upside down to roll from my previous vehicle. She explained to me in her own demeanor that the price listed was not the price it would be sold to me for?!?!? I still made plans to go into the dealer and to check out the car. This was my second time looking at this model Mazda as the year prior I had looked at possibly buying one. When I got to the dealer I was relieved to find that Danielle had gone home sick and I would be dealing with Brittany Koopman. She was super helpful and friendly and went over the whole vehicle with me. I decided to make the purchase. I went back the next day after applying over the phone for the loan and encountered Danielle. Sitting with her over the purchase was about the 2nd worst buying experience I was going to have. So I left. I actually was talked out of buying the car by Danielle and from her overall attitude towards me. I was actually upset when I got home as i had a 30min ride so I had time to stew. I got contacted by Brittany Koopman the next day and I asked for her to just talk out the car deal with me and once I did that I felt 100% better. Both her and the finance guy Chris were wonderful. Probably the most honest car deal I've had to date. I signed off on everything the third day in(this was over a weekend) and took the car home in less than a hour. More

GAP and Extended Warranty I bought a new 2015 Mazda 6. My wife was unhappy with it so we traded it in for a Chrysler 300 two weeks later. I went in to the dealership and asked I bought a new 2015 Mazda 6. My wife was unhappy with it so we traded it in for a Chrysler 300 two weeks later. I went in to the dealership and asked to cancel my GAP and extended warranty. They charged me $600 for early termination and cancellation fees. I asked them to provide me a copy of this policy. I was told they will have to find it. I then talked to the General Manager and asked him for this in writing as well. He stated that the dealership and the warranty/GAP company had a separate contract that allowed him to charge me this amount. I refused to take the check and informed him I would contact the GAP company. I walked out and called the GAP company. They told me it was outrageous for them to charge me $600 because in the contract it clearly states if I cancel within 30 days I get a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. They also stated they had not received my paperwork so it could have been cancelled with out the $50 fee. I called the dealership back and explained what the GAP company told me and the Finance Manager told me he would let the General Manager know. Approximately 30 minutes later the General Manager called me to let me know he had cut a new check out and I could go pick it up. I asked him if it was for the full amount minus the $50 fee he said yes. When I went to pick up the check I noticed it was still less than what was owed to me. I asked the General Manager why the total was wrong and what was the excuse this time. He stated that the dealership had a $100 cancellation fee on top of the GAP/extended warranty cancellation fee. He then handed me a typed letter stating this but this form was not on the dealership letter head but on a regular word document. I let him know I was tired of the run around and that they were crooks. If they willing do this to a United States Marine Corps Officer, I can only imagine what they do to the general public More
Bad experience I looked at a used 2012 Honda that the dealership was selling. I was told the car had been through their shop and had received a 120 point inspection. The interior of the car had a strong odor in it and the dome lights did not work. The saleswoman, Danielle Powers told me "light bulbs burn out all the time" but we can replace them. I opened the trunk and water, from the previous nights rain, started running into the trunk and the trunk lid lining was only partially attached. It also had a strong odor. I noticed several door dings and chips in the bumpers where paint had been chipped off. I asked Mrs Powers about touching up these spots and she said they do not do that and it is a used car not a new car. I then looked at the engine of the Honda. I checked the oil and it was black as tar. I showed it to Mrs Powers and told her the oil had not been changed as she stated. Her response was "she was not a mechanic and did not know the difference in dirty oil or freshly changed oil". Mrs Powers requested I make an offer on the car even though it needed extensive work. I made a total out the door offer and then her manager, Mr Tanner verbally countered my offer. Mrs Powers then told me she would print me a copy of the Carfax report and put the price in writing for me. When she returned with the price quote paperwork it was approximately $1400.00 higher than what Mr Tanner had stated. Based on my experience with this dealership I would recommend everyone avoid them. Their used cars need extensive work on them and their sales practices are dishonest and deceitful. More
