Purchases a car and the car was messing up on me and they took my car to service they claim they fixed the car and a year later my car started back acting up from when they supposed to fixed it the first tim took my car to service they claim they fixed the car and a year later my car started back acting up from when they supposed to fixed it the first time but to find out a year later that they never fixed my car I had to pay out of pocket for the cost saying that the warranty on the car doesn't fix the problem sent them proof of when they supposed to fixed it the first time now been told the man is not there that serviced my car that I should have brought the car back when he was there More
No one answers phone. Had to drive to dealership to get an appointment. Service was slow. Vehicle has been ready for 45 minutes. Had to find someone to check me out. My concern was immediately addressed and I was completely satisfied with the result. I felt they made every effort to be fair and accomodating. I have already recommended him to a couple of my friends in the market for new vehicles. We also spoke to Sarah Thornton. Even though our conversation with her was not business, she demonstrated that this dealership values people over sales. We spoke to her for quite a while and learned that my family and hers had quite a bit in common. She proved to us that Mazda of Ridgeland values it's customers. We will not hesitate to do business with them again. More
