I had a great experience as a first time customer. There are many things that make me a satisfied customer: (1) I could schedule my appointment online; (2) The waiting lounge was spacious with two work desk are many things that make me a satisfied customer: (1) I could schedule my appointment online; (2) The waiting lounge was spacious with two work desks, plenty of chairs, plenty of snacks, nearby bathroom, and plenty of sunshine; (3) The dealership emailed me a copy of my receipt so I do not have to scan it myself; and (4) I was in and out in 40 minutes or less. As a bonus, I also commend them for providing masks, wipes, and gloves to customers at free of charge. A very nice touch during the covid-19 pandemic. One thing I wish they did was to upload my service record on CARFAX same day. I had to manually track that myself but that's alright. I will be back. More

It was over 2 hours before I could finally drive away in my new CX-30. Since you had all my information from 8 months ago I felt that 2 hours was at least an hour too long. Also, I made it very clear that I wanted the same payments to apply as I was currently paying. I understand I did receive an upgrade which I specifically stated that I did not want and had to negotiate for a lower monthly payment but still more than I had requested. I was in sales and marketing throughout my career and do understand the pressures of selling but do expect honesty. It is fortunate for your sales people not to have to deal with my wife who would have been much tougher than me in any negotiations. More
I was having problems with my 2010 Mazda 5's driver side window going down and my ignition lock not working right. Kal got the problem diagnosed and parts ordered. My car was fixed correctly and I was eve window going down and my ignition lock not working right. Kal got the problem diagnosed and parts ordered. My car was fixed correctly and I was even surprised that one part was not needed, the ignition lock just needed cleaning so the money I paid for that part was put towards the window labor and locksmith and I even got a refund!
