Thank you for coming back... We did our best to find you the exact CX-30 you had but it wasn't available. The paperwork takes time & we spent some time ensuring that you knew how to work all the technology! If you bought cars 2 days in a row... the paperwork lag time is still the same. We were completely honest with you. A simple inventory search would have shown we didn't have "exactly" what you wanted. We are always honest - there's no games here! As with any sales environment, products with more "features/options" cost more. We did our very best to get you as close to your previous payment as possible! We appreciate you coming in.
