From the moment we met Richard, he listened to us and our needs and helped us learn about the car we were considering. At no point did I feel he was being pushy or trying to sell us something we did not want. When we went took the car for a test drive, he not only took us to areas where we could test the acceleration, but also the suspension and cornering. He did not rush the test drive either. We took our time and let us experience the car so we could make a sound decision. (On a side note… We are new to the area and Richard also gave us a very nice tour and history of the area.) When we finished the test drive, he asked how many other places we were going to check out, said he hopes we liked the car, told us to call him if we had any questions and hoped to see us again. Again, I felt no typical pushy salesman tactics. While at lunch, we got a call from Richard saying we had the key to the car. We told him we would return it right after lunch. He said no problem, enjoy your lunch. After a conversation with my wife, we decided we didn’t need to look at any other cars. She fell in love with the one we test drove and along with Richards demeanor, it sealed the deal. The negotiating, final car prep and paperwork went as smooth as the sales process. No high pressure tactics to buy things we didn’t want. Richard personally took the car to get detailed and actually apologized when he got back that we hadn’t seen the financial guy yet. He even filled the gas tank. If you are in the process of purchasing a car and considering a Mazda, you need to visit Bradshaw Mazda and ask for Richard.
