Easy, quick, convenient, pleasant. I made my appointment for tire rotation and oil change two days before my appointment and had no problems. Staff was courteous and efficient. Bryan Sharp my sales person, was very professional and polite. He was not the typical type of car salesman and did not try to “sell” me on the car which I very much appreciated. Bryan knew everything ab polite. He was not the typical type of car salesman and did not try to “sell” me on the car which I very much appreciated. Bryan knew everything about the car and answered all of our questions. The process was very painless, at no time did I feel hesitant to purchase the car. The manager worked with us on pricing in a very professional manner. All in all it was a good, pretty fast process. So far I am enjoying my CX30. More
