It is always a pleasure to deal with Bradshaw Mazda for service appointments and the new car buying experience with Bryan was a pleasurable (and fun) experience. The only thing that I would have done diff service appointments and the new car buying experience with Bryan was a pleasurable (and fun) experience. The only thing that I would have done differently is asked the finance manager (Andy) to better explain some of the additional coverage that I signed up for...coverage for dents/scratches but during my first vehicle service was told that a scratch on the hood was not covered. I added covtfor wheels as well but now I’m not sure exactly what that covers. More
Great service as per usual. Brought my car in because of an annoying suspension clunk, and it was quickly diagnosed. Jeff was my service advisor and he was awesome as always. We weren't able to solve that d an annoying suspension clunk, and it was quickly diagnosed. Jeff was my service advisor and he was awesome as always. We weren't able to solve that day because I need to check if there is a warranty on the part, but I was assured it was not a safety issue, just an annoying noise. I'll be back soon with a new shock.
