The team is awesome! The sales staff and financing guys are committed to customer service and loyalty. The facility itself needs to be updated and remodeled. Everyone is extremely pleasant and welcoming. And we will certainly go back. We were in to have the driver seat of our brand new CX-9 repaired - it was torn at delivery. I had expected to have the sea will certainly go back. We were in to have the driver seat of our brand new CX-9 repaired - it was torn at delivery. I had expected to have the seat replaced. They chose to replace the leather instead. A little disappointed that they totally misjudged the time required for the repair and left it way too late to start. We dropped the car off at 10 AM and expected to pick up the car between 3pm and 4pm. When we got back at 3:30 it was clear they had just started it. So that we ended up sitting around for an hour un-necessarily. Also since they decided to replace the seat covering rather than the seat, it is not very well done and has wrinkles and sags which were not there originally. More
