Thank you for your business. Unfortunately we don't have a place to wash & vacuum service vehicles at our location. We have to have our new & preowned cars driven to another location for clean-up. Sorry your vehicle wasn't cleaned but that's not a process we're able to offer or handle.

Thank you for your response. You might think I am old school, but a little extra perk, like a car returned clean, can go a long way to keep customers and generate positive comments to help build new referrals from those customers. Jeff told me my suv was ready about 10:00 AM. I told him I would pick it up after work around 4:30 PM. Your dealership had plenty of time to run it to another location so I am not buying that excuse. I hope this constructive comment is helpful.
