I am very pleased with the level of service and customer care from the service department. I've been bringing my car in for service since I bought it in 2018 and it still runs great! Jeff has always been fr care from the service department. I've been bringing my car in for service since I bought it in 2018 and it still runs great! Jeff has always been friendly and courteous. I had to drop off my car a day early, and even though I arrived 2 minutes after closing, Jeff still accepted my car with a smile. I was elated! I love the videos the technicians send when inspecting the vehicle and showing the work performed. It shows they are confident in their work and knowledgeable about the job. Galen McDonald sent a very detailed and clear video of my car. He explained the work done in a clear and precise video. Checking out with Tara was quick. She was polite and had my paperwork ready for closeout when I arrived. More
