Had an issue with the new Mazda 3 Carbon Edition. I contacted them and they responded immediately and even offered to come and pick up the car at my house to take care of the issue. This is the second car, first a Mazda 6, that I have purchased No hassle and when they advertise that they do not mark up the price, it is the truth!
