In my opinion Stan Shockley and Jeff Mann are the best service manager and advisor one could ever encounter anywhere! They have serviced my Mazdas for the past two decades. I bought my current CX-7 11 years ago and I have taken it to them every 3,500 miles (my choice of frequency) for every service. They genuinely care about me and my cars, are exceptionally knowledgeable, always take time to explain everything in detail and have done incredible things to accommodate my needs (especially during Covid) as I am older and have underlying health conditions. They genuinely make me feel like family and I feel the same way about them. It is a pleasure to do business with them. In my opinion you'll never find two nicer, caring and car knowledgeable people that Stan and Jeff. As soon as they get the new model Mazda in I want I'll be buying it there strictly because of Stan and Jeff! I can't thank you both enough!! More
