We have a small shop and limited number of technicians. Sadly our demand exceeds our current capacity. But we're in the process of building a new state of the art Mazda dealership with a far expanded service department. We're breaking ground as soon as one of our Group stores renovations are complete. But for now, we are doing all we can. Thank you for your business and your patience, it's our goal to have our new facility done by next summer!

Thank you for the service review. On the sales side... That is not our way. Everyone loves Adam(Sales Manager). We may get a little loud once in a while, but usually fun is following! We do not badger and we help folks make the choice that's right for them. We help folks buy cars - we aren't a pushy sales environment. There's over 100 reviews that say we're a fun, happy low pressure dealership. As far as blocking the door... Adam tries to take a second to say hello to everyone. It wasn't blocking the door as much as saying hello and thanking them for coming in.

Maybe I caught Adam on a bad day, I don't know. What I do know is that I'm not the only person that's had this experience. I have a couple friends that drive Mazdas, and bring them to Bradshaw for service. We all agree we wouldn't buy a car here. Furthermore, some people working for your dealership have told me they feel the same way about Adam. They were the same people who put me in contact with his boss. I've talked with Adam a couple times since that whole incident, and credit where it's due, he's seed nicer. As I said, maybe he was having a bad day. Either way, we had to tell him we were not buying a car that day at least three times. He did stand between us and the door, and he didn't want to give us our keys back from when we test drove. As I said, I love the service department. But I'd rather fill my car up with a tank of gas, drive to the Mazda dealership in Charlotte, trade my current car in for less money, and buy a car there then buy a car at your dealership.

95% of Mazdas are sold at the same price. There's very little markup in new Mazdas. So their price on a new Mazda is the exact same as ours. Let's just agree to disagree. Over 100 people have left positive reviews over the last 3 months, and we'll stand by that.
