Friendly people but. First off, let me say that the service people were very friendly and helpful and nice. Unfortunately again my experience at this dealership is just not quite right. I will explain below: I scheduled Major service to replace my timing belt at 60k miles. I used the Online app and asked for a timing belt change and associated 60K mile service along with tire rotation and oil change. The online scheduling app (2 months in advance) gave me a price of 1200. When I bring the car in, I am told the app does not include necessary gasket replacement parr’s and labor like cam, crank, etc. so the price is now $1600. On top of that, many of the parts necessary for the timing belt change are available (shouldn’t the app automatically notify the dealer that work is coming - don’t they check)? As a result my car has to remain at the dealership overnight. Since it’s a Friday it sits over the weekend. When I get the car home, I find that my $60 K&N air filter (with a big “STOP Do Not Replace sticker on the airbox) was tossed and replaced with a paper filter that they charged me $60 with installation. Now, maybe I inadvertently checked the 60K box (which may have included an air filter) but wouldn’t they call to ask if I knew what I was doing. I mean these guys are technicians and know about K&N. They also told me that my tires were “ready to replace” on the next visit even though they have less than 8000 miles on them and the wear indicators are no where near being visible. I have taken all my cars to Firestone dealers and they’ve always had the parts ready for service when planned in advance and showed up on time - and never have they thrown away one of my K&N filters. I brought my car here because it was the only Mazda dealer close by and for engine work, I wanted them to service it. So far so good on that end. Thanks. More

The neat thing is that the competition has made all of these dealerships better (at least the ones we visited) and much more adept at working smart and professionally with their prospective customers. I researched thoroughly the various top-rated vehicles from Consumer Reports, etc. and narrowed the selection down to about 5 or 6 final contenders. My wife and I came down and test drove these "finalists" in one day. There were Subaru's, Toyota's, Honda's, and of course the Mazda CX-5. We were treated well everywhere and were made some incredible offers, but we went back to Bradshaw Mazda at the end of the day, because not only do we love the car and the deal was spectacular, but out of all of these dealers we sensed that Bradshaw Mazda and our salesman, Austin Durham, had gone the extra mile and wanted our business more than anyone else. We feel that we got an amazing trade-in and that the quality of the Mazda CX-5 is unsurpassed. We are confident that we got much more for our dollar than with any of the other brands ... although, there were some terrific automobiles that we drove. We are proud to be Mazda owners and part of the Bradshaw family! More

They have picked me up on the side of the interstate and gotten me home in a loaner while they worked on my car. Even though this time no car was available, the rental car was there within 5 mins. They were very upfront with the time it would take and the cost. They don't try to hassle you to get more services, but do tell you what needs to be done and give you quotes.
