We're sorry that you are upset. However, all new vehicle warranties for any new car are X miles or x years... depending on the make. Some of the items you mentioned are more "time" sensitive than mile sensitive. So if you're out of warranty because of miles (but not time), it's just unfortunate that the items we mentioned were not covered. Our synthetic oil change prices are in-line with every "Express lube type facility" in Greenville. We're $7-10 cheaper than some & $5-10 more expensive than some. But we have technicians versed in Mazdas, and we provide coffee, snacks & a comfortable place to wait (or a shuttle if you want to leave).

The prices online are not exact. They come from a third party vendor who doesn't take into account other items that "may be needed or replaced." The online scheduler/price quote doesn't see exact vehicles & know that seals & gaskets may need replacing. It's not a perfect system. And no... the app is just a scheduling app, even though you check off boxes, it doesn't schedule us to have parts ready. That would be great, but we have no-shows every day, so that would ruin our parts system. With that said, Jeff explained all the costs up front before any work was done. As for the K&N filter... the tech didn't remember the issue. So for that we sincerely apologize.
