Jeff was quick to get us written up when we arrived, apologized for the appointment mix up and got us in right away. More

Entertainment A serviceman came out , listened to my concerns, suggested solutions, and I was done in 15 minutes. The only negative is that I received a text claiming I didnt show up for my appointment. I guess the service person should have made a note that I was , in fact, there and honored my appointment committment . When I bought the car Sherman and rainwater delivered it to me so I didnt have to get a ride from NC to pick it up .that was wonderful!! More

Yasser was excellent in helping us pick out the car we wanted and made sure all our needs were met. He also followed up the sale by calling us the next day to check on us about our car. Almost a great visit Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate that my car was taken in on time...great. Appointment took longer than anticipated as some extra Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate that my car was taken in on time...great. Appointment took longer than anticipated as some extra work needed to be done ( a software update for my info center). Problem was when I left the navigator wasn't connected and I had to return to get it taken care of. Otherwise, a very good appointment. More
