Excellent experience leasing two Mazda’s in two weeks! I test drove about a dozen suv’s. The 19’ CX-9 Touring was by far the most quiet, best handling and most smooth engine. My salesman Richard Lovedahl was more professional and knowledgeable than any other salesman I had when searching for the past month. The negotiation process was simple and I’m very satisfied with my lease deal, and Richard even did all the financing without me needing to go into another room. Got the vehicle 11/13/19. Highly recommended dealer, vehicle and salesman! Also an update on 11/23/19; I just leased another vehicle from Bradshaw Mazda and Richard Lovedahl. A 19’ CX-5 Grand Touring with premium package. Slow service I was told 45min estimate for an oil change so I waited for it. It looked like they pulled my car up to the front door right on time, but no one came I was told 45min estimate for an oil change so I waited for it. It looked like they pulled my car up to the front door right on time, but no one came to get me - I figured maybe they were doing paperwork or it was another white mazda 6. Waited for another half hour before I was running out of available time, so I went back to the service desk to ask if it was done - seems it had been ready the whole time but no one came to get me. After paying and trying to leave I discovered my keys weren't in the car or with the service rep. Eventually found them - just lying in the middle of the front counter. More
