Car buying can be difficult and stressful, but this dealership was true to their word by being "easy" and hassle-free. Negotiations were straightforward and honest. This is our first Mazda (a CX-5), and 10 days later we came back here and bought another. The CX-5 is a terrific car, and I had no hesitation about coming back to this dealership for the second one. Work commenced on time, was done earlier than promised. Valve stem caps were loose, which is the sort of minor detail that probably only I would notice but I've learned to check for such things. This is, after all, the 21st century. Service dept called me at the correct phone number when vehicle was done. Repair order is well itemized for parts and labor. $20 shop supply fee sounds high but is probably well within reason. No environmental fees, disposal fees, other bogus surcharges, etc., so that's good. Alignment was listed on repair order but I received no documentation showing before and after measurements. Not surprising these days but an important detail if one strives for quality work. A hard copy and electronic copy of work order are provided. Mobil platform service scheduling works well and includes calendar reminder function. Overall experience was actually slightly better than expected. I will be back. More

Well taken care of! My wife and I purchased an used vehicle on Christmas Eve. Austin was our sales person and he did a very good job of listening and assisting us with our selection. When we got home after Christmas, we noticed an oil leak. We contacted Bradshaw Mazda and worked with Stan (Service Manager) and Adam (Sales Manager). The team at Bradshaw Mazda assisted and completed the repair in a very professional manner. *Side note, on the day we dropped the car off, Stan was outside and noticed that our second car had a tire that was almost flat (nail). Stan had us pull to the back and added air to the tire and provided information on where we could get the repair on the tire completed. Great guys and we will bring our Mazda back for future service needs based on the excellent customer service. Brian & Kathy Davidson More

I have bought three new Mazda's at this dealership and the primary reason I bought the second and third vehicle was the superb service department. The Mazda's themselves have been excellent, reliable vehicles. While I have been nothing short of completely satisfied by the staff and the quality of service by the technicians to my autos, the cost of service has increased dramatically since Bradshaw acquired the dealership from John Finger. As a result, I will likely shop around for my next new vehicle at other dealerships before I decide on buying another Mazda at Bradshaw. In the past I just simply went to this dealership and traded for a new Mazda. More
