They processed the transfer of title and license in error, Promised to correct their error to transfer of my personalized plates to my new purchase , instead ordered new plates and charged me. I had already paid for two years of personalized plates that I have had for over 35years. They should NOT have started the paper work prior to me signing the bill of sale. Thats when I noticed they applied for new plates. Then told me I had to handle the problem with my local DMV (turn in the plates they had ordered . The salesman told me he would correct the error, and Adam was quite rude to me over the phone, and suggested I had the driver and salesman return the car to the dealership if I didn't want to handle the exchange and extra costs. Its at that time I was ready to send the car back to the dealership, but the salesman told me he would handle the error to my satisfaction. The error was clearly the dealers or salesman's fault. I paid extra to have the car delivered to my home at a cot of $300. I am elderly and wanted all the details taken care of by the dealership. Not that I had to make the corrections to my local DMV . poor service and most of all rude , yelling ADAM,or ANDY not sure what his title is but he needs to take a course in anger management behavior I had to keep telling him to calm down and stop yelling at me over the phone. The saleman Yassor and driver were present while this was going on. I believe they knew they made a big mistake, but at the insistence of Adam/ Andy (not sure what his name was) to have the car returned to Bradshaw, I was willing to forgo the sale, The saleman Yassor pleaded with me that he would correct all. But did not or could not. I will pursue refund and license and any other fees I must incur to retain my personalized plates. More

Very friendly. Let me use an empty office to do my work while I waited for the car to be done. The waiting room is cramped and unpleasant, with random furniture. None if this makes me want to bring my car back to them, or buy one from them, or even buy another Mazda. More

Great dealership I was very pleased with everyone we worked with here. All were very courteous and professional, without the high pressure and nonsense one often find I was very pleased with everyone we worked with here. All were very courteous and professional, without the high pressure and nonsense one often finds at many dealerships. Car buying can be difficult and stressful, but this dealership was true to their word by being "easy" and hassle-free. Negotiations were straightforward and honest. This is our first Mazda (a CX-5), and 10 days later we came back here and bought another. The CX-5 is a terrific car, and I had no hesitation about coming back to this dealership for the second one. Work commenced on time, was done earlier than promised. Valve stem caps were loose, which is the sort of minor detail that probably only I would notice but I've learned to check for such things. This is, after all, the 21st century. Service dept called me at the correct phone number when vehicle was done. Repair order is well itemized for parts and labor. $20 shop supply fee sounds high but is probably well within reason. No environmental fees, disposal fees, other bogus surcharges, etc., so that's good. Alignment was listed on repair order but I received no documentation showing before and after measurements. Not surprising these days but an important detail if one strives for quality work. A hard copy and electronic copy of work order are provided. Mobil platform service scheduling works well and includes calendar reminder function. Overall experience was actually slightly better than expected. I will be back. More
