Dishonest We purchased a 2018 Certified Pre-Owned CX-5 on September 1st: at the time of purchase I was told I'd receive the second key fob within a few days; th We purchased a 2018 Certified Pre-Owned CX-5 on September 1st: at the time of purchase I was told I'd receive the second key fob within a few days; the person with the additional keys was not there, per the sales person. Well, we're a month in and several text exchanges with the sales person, a call with the Sales Manager, and host of excuses, have yet to yield us the second key fob promised us. It's unfortunate that in this day and age the absolute disdain for car dealerships, and the buying experience, are perpetuated by dishonest dealership like this one who fail to meet the minimal level of customer service once the purchase transaction is complete. More
