Upon arrival the vehicle had been pulled up front and reserved for me. Austin was busy with another customer so I was helped by Sarah Day. The test drive was great and the customer service was impeccable. I gathered contact info and the Carfax then I went home, about 100mi south. The next morning I decided this was the car/dealership for me and contacted Sarah to get the ball rolling. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to make the trip again for a couple of days so they offered to deliver the car and the documents I needed to sign. The process was so easy and pleasant I am beyond happy with my decision to shop here for my vehicle. I will be recommending Mazda of Gladstone to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle. With all the new technology, Gabe was able to walk us through all the features and had a great understanding of what came in each model. Vehicle test drives were hassle free with vehicles, keys, and staff ready nearly immediately. We also loved the fact that Gabe was able to recall the details of our preferences without being reminded, he just brought the vehicles forward that always had out preferences in mind. The pricing and negociation (deal) was pain free. A few back and forths to find the deal but pain free and the financing finalization was also pain free. And the car was detailed and ready to go when we were done with the paperwork. For us the overall experience was great and we would recommend Gladstone Mazda and Gabe Monterio if you want a positive car buying experience. More

I worked with Terrence to purchase my new 2018 certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 and he kept the process upbeat and was really intuned to what I was look I worked with Terrence to purchase my new 2018 certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 and he kept the process upbeat and was really intuned to what I was looking for. I loathe car shopping but Terrence was enthusiastic, personable and super helpful. Whatever I had questions about or wanted to see or test drive he jumped to make it happen. He is excited about the vehicles he sells and very personable and easy to work with. I traded in my Mazda 3 that I had for 11 years and he actually helped us unpack my old car of all my junk (sorry!) and helped us get our stuff moved over to the new car including dog blankets because I run a dog rescue. He did this in his nice business clothes and without hesitation! It might seem like a weird thing to mention but he was willing to help us even with a task he didn't have to do in that moment. It really showed how down to earth he was. He also spent extra time setting up the navigation system for me and connecting my cell phone to my new vehicle which was a feature I was unfamiliar with. If you work with Terrance to purchase your next car he will make the process much more bearable with his friendly attitude and eagerness to find you a car that will make you happy. I rated the dealership a 3 star because when I was considering leasing instead of purchasing, one of the managers stated they had no lease paperwork I could read over to learn more about the details on leasing. Two days later I asked again for any printed material I could read over outlining the terms of a lease and magically there was paperwork there at the dealership I was able to read through. The form outlining the lease terms was always there and available. For some reason the manager at the time decided to tell me he had nothing of the sort. Honesty is very much appreciated. More
