My experience at Mazda of Gladstone started off great but unfortunately things didn’t turn out so well at the end. In the beginning, Bob reached out to me to give me quotes on the Mazda 3 I was looking for, unfortunately things didn’t turn out so well at the end. In the beginning, Bob reached out to me to give me quotes on the Mazda 3 I was looking for, he is pleasant and helpful. I arrived at the dealership early the day I was supposed to meet with Bob, he was with other clients so they had Blake to get me settle in and show me the cars. While I was waiting, they sent another sales representative to talk to me about purchasing the car. The price he gave me was higher than the price I had received from another dealership, so I told him I would go home and think about it. He said he would match the price to earn my business, and that’s why I decided to purchase the car that day. However, there’s a misunderstanding on the deal he gave me and one of the rebates ended up getting taken off, which means I didn’t get the price I was originally given. They backed out of the agreement that had been used as the originally purchasing price of the car. It would have costed me less if I had chosen the deal I received from the other dealership. There’s nothing I could do at that point because I already agreed to purchase the car from them although I regret my decision. No one from the management team stepped in when I was stuck in an awkward situation and felt helpless. It felt as if they didn’t care as much as they did in the beginning once the car was sold, which was a little disappointing. The best thing I can say about my experience at Mazda of Gladstone is Blake being awesome and trying his best to make sure I was ok. Although I am liking my new Mazda 3 very much, I’m not sure if I would recommend people I know make their purchase there. Out of everything, Bob and Blake were both very nice and friendly. More
