They were very easy to deal with—no back & forth like so many dealerships do where they make you waste a whole day trying to get a decent price. I had dealt w/Vitaliy by phone & text and he was amazing. Kept communication lines open even after hours. When we arrived @ Mazda he was off so we were assisted by Erin who took over without any hesitation and was a very knowledgeable salesperson who had us test drive a couple cars to make sure we purchased exactly what was right for us. We were pre approved and had a quote from another dealer. They matched that price without trying to trick us or get us to pay extra for anything we didn’t need or want. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable. That’s what we hoped for and exactly what we got. More
I had a problem with my CX-5 and Mazda of Gladstone service department got me in immediately. I was personally taken care of by Jolynne Baertlein. So I wasn't stuck there waiting, she gave my a loaner service department got me in immediately. I was personally taken care of by Jolynne Baertlein. They were willing to do whatever to accommodate if I needed extra help also, considering it was dealt with during the cover situation. More
Best experience! I have bought cars from the same dealership in Hillsboro since 1996, so driving all the way out to Gladstone just to look at a car seemed crazy. But I made an appointment with Lynn S dealership in Hillsboro since 1996, so driving all the way out to Gladstone just to look at a car seemed crazy. But I made an appointment with Lynn Sanchez and took the drive just to check things out. It turned out to be the best thing- traded in a Nissan, came out with a 2020 Mazda CX-5 in my price range, with all the features I wanted! Even the color was spot on! Also, Lynn was one of the only sales people who responded to my google search and didn’t harass me with a ton of emails or texts. Just 1 call, asked a lot of questions and then she had the options waiting for me to drive when I arrived. Tom, in finance, was great too. Easy to talk to and fast. In & out signing. Everyone was nice and friendly. More

Naolly Garcia told us about the car and we ended up going on a test drive. It was love at first drive!! We were thinking about purchasing and Naolly told us about the great Mazda deals. She was patient with us and we decided to buy. Naolly and the Gladstone Mazda team got us a great deal and really invested time with us. It was definitely an excellent experience. An overall positive experience,,,,Kudos to Lynn My experience with Lynn Sanchez started 6 months ago when I visited the dealership with my son on 12/28/2019. My son was looking for an AWD sedan. O My experience with Lynn Sanchez started 6 months ago when I visited the dealership with my son on 12/28/2019. My son was looking for an AWD sedan. Our only intention was to learn more about the 2020 Mazda 3 and comparing it to the 2020 Subaru Legacy. Lynn was the person who greeted us. For the next hour or so we learned so much about the car from her, to include a test drive. Of course Lynn had the obligatory sales pitch, but we were not ready to purchase. She had my son's contact info and she would occasionally send him an email or two. Lynn left a positive impression on us to include her enthusiasm working at Mazda Gladstone. Fast forward to last Saturday, 30 May. Once my son decided on a Mazda 3, it only seemed right to reach out to Lynn. She was very responsive (email, phone) and making sure the right make/model/color was on the lot. While my wife and I were waiting on finance, Lynn reviewed the car's features/functions with my son and daughter. In short, it was a pleasure working with Lynn. This part of the experience was 5-stars. So, why 4 Stars. The finance portion with Tom. First, he had to reprint one of the documents 3 times. What he said and what showed on the document did not match. Second, discussing an extended warranty. We previously purchased two brand new CRVs (2012 & 2015) without an extended warranty. This car was for our son and we looked at an extended warranty and whatnot. This process was confusing (and painful) with all the chicken scratch on the paper. We eventually agreed to purchase an extended warranty, but the only only buyers remorse we had was paying for 4years/11 services. To Tom's credit, he was patient and worked with my wife on the "numbers." At the end of the day, both parties were probably tired. Like the title says, "An overall positive experience" - john More
