This is our 12th Mazda since 1982. the last 3 have been purchased from Gladstone and Bob Greig, 2012, 2014 and now 2020. Bob has been with Gladstone for quite a long time. I believe he is the longest te purchased from Gladstone and Bob Greig, 2012, 2014 and now 2020. Bob has been with Gladstone for quite a long time. I believe he is the longest tenured salesperson there, so when you deal with Bob he is very knowledgeable on Mazda. He took over and hour going over all the controls with my wife on her new CX-5. He even programed her phone and garage door opener. Bob is also excellent at inspecting your vehicle for you and getting any minor flaws corrected. I don't shop anyplace else. I hope that Bob continues to work at Gladstone. He says he continues to work because he enjoys all the people, management as well as customers. the finance guy did a good job as well.
