This was a very straightforward buying experience, no stress and no games, Bob was very concerned that we know everything about the car and was meticulous about sharing his knowledge. Bob greeted us and answered all our questions before a test drive. He gave good price on the car and we told him we would get back to him when we had our money. Four weeks later we come in to buy and Bob is with another customer so Erin steps in to help us. Erin showed the car again walked us through the buying process and stayed with the entire way. More
