I met Erin and along with Sou took care of me. I ended up driving a Certified 2019 and liked it, though wasn't thrilled with the color. As it happened, they had one new 2019 with the top trim level with all the safety features I wanted for my Mom and now she is going to enjoy zipping around in her new fancy red Mazda! More

Lynn Sanchez was a delight right from the start. From the first phone call about my interest in a Miata MX5 to the drive off the showroom floor, Lynn was on it! He was knowledgeable about the product and if there were any questions for which he did not have an immediate answer he got right after it and followed through until he found the answer. Blake solved a technical problem relating to proper seat adjustment that essentially closed the deal for me. I am happy to work with people who show initiative and have the curiosity to try to solve the problem not only for my benefit, but for his own benefit to be better able to serve his future customers. We were interested in buying a Mazda 3. We found several that might work for us at Mazda of Gladstone. We called and Joey Soksoda answered the phone and worked with us the rest of the day in finding the rig that might work for us at Mazda of Gladstone. We test drove two cars and took one home to show the rest of the family. They took our trade-in and gave us a good value and we were the proud owners of a new Mazda 3 by 6 pm.
