I worked with Renze throughout the entire process of buying my used car and he made it easier and quicker than I could have possibly imagined!! I texted with him for multiple days before coming in to bu buying my used car and he made it easier and quicker than I could have possibly imagined!! I texted with him for multiple days before coming in to buy the car and he was always very quick to respond and incredibly friendly, accommodating, & helpful. I asked to view the car over facetime and he not only did a great job of that, but also sent me a video of the car for reference. This was my first time buying a car- I've heard so much about how painstakingly long and frustrating the process is, but working with Renze & Mazda of Gladstone I had the exact opposite experience. Once I was set on the car, I reserved it and filled out my info online and came in the next day to pick it up. The process inside the dealership couldn't have taken more than 20 minutes- I was there with my dad & step-mom and they were absolutely shocked at how quick it was. They never tried to sell me extra nonsense or overcharge me on anything, the pricing was very transparent throughout the whole process. I always felt comfortable at the dealership in regards to Covid-19 safety measures too, which I really appreciated. The car was sparkling clean when I got it with a full gas tank, and Renze even helped me set up the bluetooth. He also called a few days later to check up on me and make sure I didn't have any questions/concerns. I am completely in love with my car! I could not be happier with the entire experience!
